Shipping Timeframe
- All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-4 business days from the date of purchase.
- Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Orders (Outside EU)
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, customs clearance fees, or other taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
All international orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms unless otherwise stated. This means the customer is responsible for paying any import charges required by the destination country’s customs authorities before delivery.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Destinations
- We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Delays
- Please note that shipping times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, holidays, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Inability to deliver
- If we are unable to deliver your order, it will be returned to our warehouse unless otherwise agreed. We will also leave a notification explaining where your order is located and what to do to arrange a redelivery.
- If, after 15 days from the date your order is available for delivery, it has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will assume you wish to cancel the order.As a result, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay, and in any case, within 14 days from the day we consider the order to have ended.
