Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Tickets – No Right of Withdrawal
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged.
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, tickets for events are exempt from the right of withdrawal, as they are time-specific services.
The only exception applies if the event is officially cancelled. In such cases, ticket holders will be contacted via email with instructions regarding a refund or exchange.
By purchasing a ticket, you expressly agree to this policy.
Eligibility for Returns (Physical Products)
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- be in the same condition as received
- be unworn or unused
- have all tags attached
- show no signs of use or damage
You must also provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.
Original packaging is not required, but items must be securely packed to prevent damage during transport.
Return Process

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
We strongly recommend using a fully tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipment.
Return Costs & Fees
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- A return processing fee of 6% will be deducted from the refund to cover operational and environmental costs associated with handling returns.
- This fee does not apply to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items and may be waived where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Delivery Costs & Free Shipping
Delivery costs are non-refundable.
If your order qualified for free shipping by exceeding a minimum order value, but your return causes the total order value to fall below that threshold, the original delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.
Only the returned items will be refunded.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately shop@techno-cult.com, including a description and photos of the issue.
In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or made-to-order products (including print-on-demand items)
- Personalized or special order products
- Items with removed or damaged labels
- Outlet or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Personal care products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Exchanges are available within 14 days, however the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason, except for items excluded above.
Returned items must meet the eligibility requirements described in this policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY – EXCLUSIVE EVENT MERCH
Exclusive merchandise released for specific events is produced in limited quantities and often made to order during a short ordering window.
Because of this, all sales of event-exclusive merchandise are considered final.
Returns or refunds are not accepted for reasons such as:
• ordering the wrong size
• change of mind
• late requests after the ordering window closes
Please carefully review the size guide and product details before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To process the claim, include:
• your order number
• clear photos of the item and packaging
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer either:
• a replacement item (if available), or
• a refund.
